Annual Membership Meeting

November 3, 2007

   

 

The Annual Membership Meeting of FCAMaine will be Saturday,

November 3 at OceanView at Falmouth.  

 

Time:  9:00am -- 1:00 pm

           9:00   Registration and Refreshments

         10:00   Business Meeting and Speaker's Program

         12:00   Lunch

           

Our Guest Speaker is Mark Harris, author of Grave Matters: A Journey Through the Modern Funeral Industry to a Natural Way of Burial.  Additionally, several individuals will relate stories about accomplishing funerals at home with their loved ones. 

 

Lunch at noon will be followed by a meeting of the new 

Board of Directors.

 

The location is the main lodge of OceanView at Falmouth,

20 Blueberry Lane, Falmouth,  Maine. 

 

Directions from the Maine Turnpike: 

take Exit 52 (previously Exit 9) to Falmouth,
take Route 1 south, turn right on Bucknam Road
to Route 9, then left on Route 9 to Blueberry Lane 

(approx 1 mile on the right)       

Directions from I-295:

take Exit 10 to Falmouth/Bucknam Road, 

bear right onto Bucknam Road to Route 9, then left 

onto Route 9 to Blueberry Lane (approx 1 mile on the right)

 

Recommended parking on the side of Blueberry Lane

opposite the Lodge side.  Then enter via the patio straight 

ahead to the vestibule on the left.

                 

You may register for the Annual Membership Meeting by printing the attached page and mailing it to the address on the form.  Deadline for Advance Registration is October 22.  Registrations will be accepted at the door on November 3, however lunch will not be provided.  The public is welcome to attend.
